CANCELLATION

If there are more than 60 mins left for your class, you can cancel your class from the website. However, if there is less than 60 mins to go, and you are not able to attend it, this class will be considered a No-Show. If you miss a free trial class, you will lose 1 free trial.

HOW TO CANCEL A CLASS?

To cancel the class, log on to www.hit-bootcamp.com. Go to ‘My bookings’ tab on the home page, and cancel the class.

BOOKING A CLASS

To attend a class, you will first need to book a slot for yourself since we have limited slots for each class. We limit the number of slots per class so that our trainers can give you individual attention and that the effectiveness of your workout isn’t compromised. You can book up to 4 classes in advance and you can see the schedule up to 7 days in advance.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS?

You can book it from our website. Log on to www.hit-bootcamp.com Go to ‘class schedule’ tab in the home page, pick a date, pick a class and time and press book now. Time slot in red means full, green means available and pink means exclusive women timing. Your booking history will reflect in ‘your bookings’ tab.

SHOES AND DRESS

We have all the equipment (including Yoga mats, weights, gloves) you may need at the center. We also provide basic facilities like drinking water. All you need to bring is comfortable workout clothes and workout shoes. For hygiene reasons, please do not wear outside shoes for workout. If you’re attending a yoga session you do not need shoes. We do not encourage our members to work out without shoes as they protect you from common workout-related injuries.
